Pasta, Pesto, and Prosciutto

Lucy helped with this one tonight. Everybody liked it.

While we got a pot of pasta going, she pulled the leaves of a bunch of parsley and

thyme.

Meanwhile we roasted two handful of pine nuts, about 100g.

Lucy mixed all that, a clove of garlic, salt, pepper, and about a cup of olive oil in a food processor.

Then she added a handful of grated parmesan (an adult's hand).

Afterwards we cut up 100g of bresaola and fried it all crispy.

We drained the pasta, reserving the cooking water, and added the pesto and meat. Using the reserved water we got the mix nice and silky. We ended up using three ladles worth.
